Gainsight Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

Product And System Support:

• Assists Gainsight business system and product owners in defining product vision, scope, and strategy.
• Prioritizes business system requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Defines and tracks user and software requirements to support system improvements.
• Coordinates development activities and ensures alignment with business needs.
• Monitors user feedback and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Analysis And Process Improvement:

• Leads and participates in meetings with business teams to gather requirements and define use cases.
• Reviews and refines business process workflows, identifying opportunities for simplification and optimization.
• Develops and maintains business process blueprints and system interaction models.
• Performs operating model analysis to identify gaps in processes and data streams.
• Identifies and aligns value streams with system applications and process mapping.

Project And Stakeholder Management:

• Partners with IT teams to define acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborates with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are clearly defined, on schedule, and within scope.
• Influences sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization of business and IT initiatives.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders including business users, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Provides regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to management.

Training And Adoption:

• Supports change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies and systems.
• Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for business users.
• Provides guidance and support on product quality business systems across the organization.

Collaboration And Alignment:

• Works closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, and Product Owners to align business information models.
• Ensures alignment with global business entities to support growth and scalability.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Technology, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of a technical degree may be considered.

Required Skills And Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Gainsight or similar platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success processes and business systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau and ServiceNow.
• Experience in Customer Success or related business functions.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices.
• Exposure to global regulations and quality systems.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
