Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics products, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Drive data analysis, visualization, and reporting initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of analytics products.
- Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and adoption of enterprise reporting and self-service analytics capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics product management, or data-driven business strategy.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Data Modeling, ETL Processes, Dashboard Development, Analytics Platforms, Reporting Solutions, Agile Methodologies, Product Management, Data Governance.

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Analytics Strategy, Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Cross-Functional Leadership.

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise analytics or business intelligence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of dashboard design, KPI development, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and analytics product lifecycles.
- Familiarity with customer analytics, marketing analytics, or operational reporting environments.
