Overview:We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with strong Level 2 support experience to provide advanced technical support in an enterprise environment. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, support Windows 11 systems, and deliver high-quality end-user support. Experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Support and maintain Windows 11 systems, including configuration, updates, and optimization
- Troubleshoot system performance, compatibility issues, and user-related concerns
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
- Utilize enterprise support tools to manage incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets while maintaining strong customer service standards
Required Qualifications:- Strong experience in desktop support (Level 2) within an enterprise environment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11, including system configuration and support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience supporting IT systems in a healthcare environment
- Understanding of clinical workflows and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with handling sensitive data in regulated environments
- Knowledge of enterprise IT support tools and ticketing systems
