This is a mid-level position, ideally for candidates with 5-10 years of experience looking to continue growing their career in IT project/program management.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager:
  • Oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure and deployment program plans, working with cabling & networking teams for new builds, refreshes, and construction.
  • Lead a team of project managers through all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including scope development, requirements gathering, and project solution design.
  • Oversee project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools, manage financial budgets, and ensure effective risk and issue management.
  • Facilitate change management and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.


Required Skills for Technical Program Manager:
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical program/project management, particularly in large organizations.
  • Experience coordinating infrastructure deployments across construction, cabling, and networking teams.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma being advantageous.
  • Knowledge with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management, is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
