Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior JDE Application Support Engineer to support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, specifically within manufacturing modules. This role involves L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for JD Edwards (JDE) applications
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA-based resolution
Perform root cause analysis & problem management
Support patches, upgrades, and deployments
Handle user onboarding/offboarding
Monitor application logs & performance
Assist with JDE manufacturing modules (Work Orders, BOM, Inventory)
Collaborate with development, MES, and business teams
Support testing (UAT, integration, unit testing)
Maintain technical and process documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
- Exposure to Manufacturing Modules (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
- Experience with incident management & root cause analysis
- Good communication & collaboration skills
- Familiarity with software support methodologies & ticketing tools
Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
