Job Title: Senior ERP Technical Consultant / Solution Developer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ERP customizations and integrations

• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Support ERP upgrade and migration projects

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, middleware integrations, and custom utilities

• Analyze customer environments and recommend technical solutions

• Support document management and reporting solutions

• Assist with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives

• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Professional Services teams

• Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and implementation plans

• Participate in customer-facing workshops, troubleshooting sessions, and go-live activities

• Assist with Factory planning software upgrades, product patch installations at Client site as needed

Required Technical Skills:

ERP & Manufacturing Systems

Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing environments

Understanding of:

• MRP

• Supply Chain

• Production Planning

• Inventory Management

• Purchasing

• Sales Order Processing

Preferred ERP exposure: Glovia / SAP / JD Edwards / Infor / Oracle ERP / QAD

Development & Integration:

Strong hands-on experience with:

• PRO-IV (highly preferred but not mandatory, should be willing to learn quickly)

• Java, Spring Boot

• REST APIs

• JSON/XML processing

• API integrations

• Postman

• Git/GitLab

Preferred:

• SOAP/XML integrations

• Middleware integrations

• DTO/entity mapping

• Authentication & security handling

Database Skills

• SQL Server

• Oracle Database

• SQL scripting

• Stored procedures

• Data migration and troubleshooting

• Query optimization

Nice to have:

• PostgreSQL

• Cognos

Infrastructure & Cloud -

Experience with:

• Windows Server environments

• Linux/RedHat basics

• Cloud migration projects, Server migration projects

• AWS and/or Azure fundamentals

• Environment setup and deployment coordination

Document & Reporting Technologies (Good to have)

Exposure to:

• Bottomline Transform / TFS

• Publisher

• Print management solutions

• SMTP/email troubleshooting

Experience Required

• 7+ years of ERP technical consulting or development experience

• Experience supporting enterprise customers

• Experience in manufacturing industry environments preferred

• Experience with upgrades, migrations, and integrations highly preferred
