Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Admin

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Admin to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both Salesforce development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security
• Create workflows, process builder flows, and automation
• Perform data migration, integration, and data quality management
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data security
• Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
