Description
We are seeking a skilled NiCE Administrator with development experience to support, enhance, and optimize our monitoring environment built on NiCE monitoring solutions (e.g., NiCE Management Packs for SCOM, NiCE Log Analytics integrations, etc.). This role combines administration, customization, and development to ensure that our enterprise monitoring tools deliver high availability, deep visibility, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in enterprise monitoring, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), NiCE products, and custom development using scripting and automation technologies.

5+ years of NiCE experience Development experience NiCE & Monitoring Administration Hands-on experience with NiCE Management Packs and Microsoft SCOM. Strong scripting experience: PowerShell required; Python or other languages a plus. Understanding of Windows and Linux server environments. Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows. Solid troubleshooting abilities across applications, systems, and monitoring tools. Working knowledge of databases (SQL, Postman, Java, STP) and network concepts. Install, configure, and maintain NiCE Management Packs (e.g., NiCE DB2, Oracle, VMware, SAP, Domino, IIS, Linux/Unix MP). Administer and optimize SCOM environments used with NiCE solutions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of monitoring infrastructure. Perform regular tuning, patching, updates, and version upgrades for NiCE and related monitoring components. Manage alerting rules, thresholds, overrides, and health modeling within NiCE MPs. Development & Automation Develop custom scripts, modules, and extensions to enhance monitoring capabilities (PowerShell, Python, JSON/XML configs, REST APIs). Automate repetitive tasks and create workflows for monitoring deployment and configuration. Build or extend custom dashboards, reports, and integrations with ITSM or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.). Modify or create custom management packs when needed to address unique monitoring requirements. Operations & Support Serve as the SME for NiCE monitoring within the IT organization. Diagnose and resolve complex monitoring issues, including root cause analysis. Collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, and dev teams to define monitoring needs. Develop and maintain documentation, including architectures, installation guides, and SOPs. Provide on-call support for critical monitoring incidents.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $60.00/hr.
