Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst - Research II

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance databases, data collection systems, and analytical tools to optimize data quality and efficiency
  • Create and deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reports to support research and business objectives
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing outputs, reports, and performance indicators to resolve data or code issues
  • Monitor data quality and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs and translate them into analytical requirements
  • Identify and define process improvement opportunities based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Strong understanding of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Solid knowledge of statistics with hands-on experience using statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • High level of attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Experience preparing reports and presenting data-driven findings to stakeholders
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in research or performance analytics environments
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross-functional team setting
