Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
  • Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and coverage needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
  • Assist with audits, surveys, and corrective action plans
  • Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for nursing team members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing (state-specific)
  • Previous leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey readiness
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support clinical staff
  • Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time leadership position: 40 hours per week + on call
