Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and coverage needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Assist with audits, surveys, and corrective action plans
- Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for nursing team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing (state-specific)
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey readiness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and support clinical staff
- Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time leadership position: 40 hours per week + on call
