Role Overview
This is a remote opportunity for a Workday professional with strong technical expertise in Recruiting, Benefits, and Human Capital Management (HCM). The role focuses on configuring, integrating, and supporting Workday modules to enable efficient HR operations and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday modules including Recruiting, Benefits, and HCM
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance
Support Workday releases, updates, and enhancements
Required Skills (with Years)
Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits 5+ years
Workday Technical (Integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) 5+ years
Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields 5+ years
Experience with Workday Security and Business Process Frameworks 5+ years
Preferred Skills
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
Experience in Agile delivery models
