Education:

• Engineering Degree
• MBA / PGDM (preferred though not mandatory) 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:     

• To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the O&G industry to deliver business value.
• To work with leading O&G clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute maintenance & reliability strategies.
• To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long - term solutions

Experience:       

• 4-20 years of experience in Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream), Petro Chemicals
• Should have hands on knowledge and experience of APM tools and techniques like Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), Asset Life Cycle, Asset Reliability Management, Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Management framework, Maintenance Best Practices and Strategies
• Hands on experience of asset & inventory data management, developing inventory management solutions, inventory optimization, etc.
• Experience of working in SAP PM along with other market leading EAM solutions like SAP PM/Maximo/Infor ,APM Solutions like Meridium (APM solution is optional but good to have)
• Experience in the domain of SAP or any other dominant EAM solutions, with end-to-end implementations (S4 HANA experience will be the added advantage).
• Experience on system rollout, integration with third party applications
• Experience in supporting users on newly implemented system
• Expert in Plant Maintenance & EAM business domain
• Experience in business process gap analysis
• Experience in managing internal & external stakeholder
• Experience of solving complex problems in asset maintenance & reliability management to drive growth & value for productions/operations & maintenance
• Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the Asset Management space

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Work together with different stakeholders to ensure that EAM/APM templates (Business Process design documents) cover all business needs and fulfill different processes and scenarios.
• Define detailed scope for process mapping, and impact of change on business process, which involves playing major role on change management work stream
• Closely work with business stakeholders in Sites to align with newly implemented processes in the EAM / APM
• Alignment with different parties (business owner, implementation team, and IT), that involves direct interaction, and streamlining on delivery requirement and timing
• Conduct process level assessment from change management perspective as it plays major role in such transformation
• Support IT team as a functional expert and provide the necessary knowledge transfer in the domain of EAM / APM
• Implements configuration changes, redesigns, new releases and updates to the systems environment in an effort to optimize the use of Information Technology
• Designs interfaces, processes, reports, enhancements (including custom programs), and conversions for assigned complex and large-scale application systems and reporting environments to meet business requirements
• Manage other consultants and own the end to end to delivery of business process re-engineering Support data migration team in terms of validating data and help the team as a functional expert.
• Designs and perform quality assurance testing and perform unit and integration testing. 
• Facilitates meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with end-users, standardizing training and providing detailed documentation as needed
• Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
• Very good communication skills
• Good team player with good attitude
