responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy custom applications, add-ons, and personalized forms within the SAP B1 environment to streamline daily operations
- Act as the primary technical detective to debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing system modifications.
- Draft, refine, and optimize complex database components including SQL queries, database joins, and stored procedures to meet departmental reporting requests.
- Partner closely with functional consultants and guide internal staff on system best practices, ensuring smooth user adoption and rapid issue resolution.
- Drive the testing and deployment phases of all new system updates, ensuring newly developed code is thoroughly documented for future reference.
- Manage project priorities effectively to keep pace with rapid production goals and processing requirements.

Must-Haves:
2 to 3 years of direct, hands-on experience utilizing and configuring SAP Business One.
Demonstrated background in providing application support, rolling out enhancements, or leading system implementations.
Strong technical background in core programming languages, specifically C# or VB.NET.
Hands-on experience with the SAP B1 SDK, with mandatory proficiency in the DI API.
Database proficiency in SQL Server or basic SAP HANA, including writing queries, joins, and stored procedures.
Proven ability to create system add-ons, custom forms, User Defined Fields (UDFs), and formatted search queries.
Minimum of a High School diploma.
Excellent computer literacy and high-speed data entry capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with the UI API within the SAP B1 SDK.
Background using Crystal Reports or the B1 Report Designer.
Integration expertise utilizing REST APIs and Service Layers.
A fundamental understanding of general business workflows, including sales, inventory, and accounting flows.
Prior involvement in SAP Business One platform upgrades or large-scale data migrations.
