SUMMARY: As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of critical projects and initiatives at our dynamic consulting firm. Your expertise in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex programs that create meaningful impact for our clients. Contract, Onsite 4 days a week.
YOU WILL: - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum and quality
- Communicate regularly with project sponsors, team members, and relevant stakeholders, providing transparent updates and insights
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes and enhance the delivery of our services
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: - Relevant experience in a program management role, preferably within a consulting and technology environment
- Strong technical project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving positive change for our clients
