Summary

The Client is seeking aTechnical Product Manager (TPM)to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions that transform healthcare. As a TPM, you will drive product strategy and execution across domains such as digital health, patient experience, personalized care, and healthcare operations.

You ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and customer needs leveraging your passion for healthcare and your product leadership experience to deliver measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces innovation, and is committed to solving real-world problems.

What You ll Bring:

  • Proven experience launching successful Beta and v1 products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in healthcare technology, digital product development, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience in revenue cycle processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, pivot strategically, and deliver tangible results.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and lifecycle management of information systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in related field, required. Graduate Degree in MBA or related field, preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum five years in Technology Product Management, required. 1 Year experience in Healthcare required.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud-native technology products such as APIs, microservices, ML/AI-driven workflows, personalization or recommendation engines, big data pipelines, everything-as-code, everything-as-a-service, etc. is essential.
  • Extensive mobile or web application product development is also relevant.
  • Solid familiarity with modern security best practices.
  • Experience using product telemetry and observability.
