ABOUT THE ROLE
Enterprise Transformation Sales | Service | Marketing Cloud
We are undertaking a large-scale Salesforce transformation spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud one of the most significant technology and process change initiatives in our organization's history. To ensure lasting adoption and measurable business value, we are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant who will serve as the human-side anchor of this program.
This is not a back-office role. You will be embedded alongside technical architects, solution engineers, and business stakeholders from day one translating complex platform decisions into clear, human-centered change strategies. You will own change management end-to-end: from governance design and impact analysis through training execution and go-live hypercare.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Strategy & Governance
Design and lead the enterprise change management framework for the Salesforce transformation program
Establish and facilitate a Change Management governance structure including steering committees, change champions networks, and approval workflows
Develop and maintain the master change management plan with integrated milestones across all three Cloud workstreams
Serve as the single point of accountability for change readiness throughout the program lifecycle
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
Conduct structured stakeholder identification, mapping, and ongoing engagement across Sales, Service, and Marketing business units
Partner with senior leaders and executive sponsors to build visible, active change sponsorship and coalition
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to align on change impacts, business process changes, and role-level implications
Act as a trusted advisor to both technical teams and business owners, bridging gaps in understanding and priorities
Impact Assessment & Readiness
Lead change impact assessments at role, process, and system levels across all affected departments
Develop and execute organizational readiness assessments; track and report change readiness scores at key program gates
Identify change risks and resistance patterns early; build mitigation strategies and escalation paths
Partner with HR and business leads to assess workforce implications, role changes, and capability gaps
Communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive, segmented communications strategy across all phases: discovery, build, UAT, go-live, and post-launch
Create high-quality communications materials including leadership briefings, all-hands decks, FAQs, newsletters, and digital content
Tailor messaging for distinct audiences C-suite, middle management, frontline users, and IT ensuring clarity and relevance at every level
Training & Enablement
Design the end-user training strategy and curriculum framework across all three Clouds and affected user personas
Collaborate with Salesforce functional leads and system integrators to develop role-based training content
Oversee training delivery logistics including scheduling, LMS coordination, and completion tracking
Establish a post-go-live reinforcement and sustainment plan to drive continued adoption
Program Execution & Reporting
Manage the change management workstream within the broader program plan; track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
Report change management KPIs, adoption metrics, and readiness dashboards to program leadership and sponsors
Coordinate closely with the PMO, technical workstream leads, and business process owners to align change activities with technical delivery
Provide go-live and hypercare support to resolve adoption barriers in real time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
9+ years of change management experience with demonstrated leadership on large-scale enterprise technology transformations
Proven experience on at least one major Salesforce implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) in a change management capacity
Deep proficiency in structured change management methodologies Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent
Experience designing governance structures and operating within complex, matrixed program environments
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders without direct authority
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting executive-level materials
Demonstrated ability to lead training strategy and manage end-user enablement at scale
Must be locally based in the Orlando, FL area on-site presence is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prosci ADKAR Certification or equivalent change management credential
Experience with multi-Cloud Salesforce transformations spanning both B2B and B2C contexts
Familiarity with Salesforce adoption tools such as myTrailhead, in-app guidance, or WalkMe
Experience working with System Integrator (SI) partner delivery teams
Background in industries such as travel and hospitality , financial services, healthcare, retail, or professional services
PMP or Agile/SAFe certification alongside change management credentials
