Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Required
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in health care industry
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Integration Services, SQL, C# .Net, Web API, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012/2013 ,JSON,HL7
- Strong experience in SQL development highly desirable
- Experience with Biztalk mapping and setup
- Experience working with HL7 data sets
- Experience working with PHI and in a HIPAA compliant environment preferred
- Experience with file transport services and mechanisms, i.e. FTP, SFTP, Secure File Transfer
- Understanding of basic computing technologies/protocols, i.e. DNS, SMTP, PGP, TCP/IP, etc.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse processes
- Knowledge in SQL Queries and Stored Procedure preferred
Preferred
- Experience and knowledge of FHIR
- Experience with API services development experience
- Experience with XML and SOAP-based architectures as well as RESTful web services
- Kafka and data streaming experience
- Experience with Mirth Engine
- Biztalk Admin experience
