Our client is seeking an Industrial Technician or Journeyman to join their team. You will be responsible for the troubleshooting of production equipment, preventative maintenance, and installations/repairs of manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire position!
Job Title: Industrial Technician or Journeyman (2nd & 3rd shift)
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00/hour,$1.00 shift differential.(Perm and eligible for OT)
Key Responsibilities
\t- Installs, repairs, rebuilds, and maintains precision machine and production tools and equipment. \t
- Diagnoses machine malfunctions and difficulties, then plans and implements actions necessary to return equipment to operation and prevent future breakdowns. \t
- Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals to perform safe and effective repairs.
Requirements \t- Experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues. \t
- Associate degree in related field preferred \t
- Minimum of 5 years? experience in an industrial maintenance role \t
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
