Job Overview: The Project Control Specialist III will play a critical role in managing and maintaining project schedules for distribution engineering projects. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Lehigh Service Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project scheduling and controls, proficiency in Primavera P6, and a strong understanding of the engineering design process. While a PMP certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities: - Build, update, and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for distribution engineering projects.
- Track milestone progress and identify potential risks.
- Conduct schedule analyses, including critical path, logic checks, and forecasting.
- Support scenario planning with project managers to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction stakeholders to ensure accurate inputs and alignment across the portfolio.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM.
- 10+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls, as well as the engineering design process.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $60 - $64/hr. W2
