Basic QualificationsAssociate's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities for this PositionRole and Position Objectives: Join our team as a Junior Network Administrator for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems! You'll work alongside experienced network and IT professionals supporting enterprise network infrastructure, secure communications, and network security operations. This is a great opportunity to build foundational skills in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.
What You'll Experience:
- Hands-on work with routers, switches, and network infrastructure installation and configuration.
- Supporting secure network operations including COMSEC and encryption systems.
- Engaging with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to resolve network issues and support continuous improvement.
- Monitoring network performance metrics and assisting with troubleshooting across LAN/WAN environments.
- Contributing to documentation, test procedures, and network configuration records.
- Providing responsive customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols, and network communications.
- Developing familiarity with networking equipment (routers, switches, VoIP, VTC systems).
- Ability to troubleshoot 10/100/1000 Base T and fiber optic wiring in support of network systems.
- Developing familiarity with network monitoring tools and reporting technologies.
- Developing familiarity with DISA STIGs and applicable security requirements.
- Active DoD Security Clearance required (level TBD based on program requirements).
- A minimum of an IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
