Introduction
The Senior MLOps Technical Lead position is a key role within our team, responsible for architecting and implementing scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions leveraging leading Cloud and enterprise conversational AI/customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and cloud computing, with expertise in AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and host solutions using Java, Python in cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Architect secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on major cloud services provider
- Implement and optimize CCaaS solutions, including ACD, skills-based routing, dialer, and campaign management
- Lead integrations and migrations leveraging CCaaS APIs and telephony capabilities
- Utilize Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices
- Design and develop API, services, Microservices-based architecture using frameworks like Spring Boot or Vertx
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Relational, and/or NoSQL databases
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
Requirements
Required Skills: CCaaS/CTI/CRM, IVA, IVR, Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka, Release Management (Maven/Git), Understanding of cloud security architecture, Encryption, OAuth, Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Preferred Skills: Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Security, Apache HTTP Server, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration and Development, Agile, Customer Experience, Python.
