Agentforce Solution Architecture

 

  • Lead architecture and design of AI-powered agent solutions using Agentforce and Data360.
  • Define solution blueprints and success matrix for customer service, sales automation, employee support, and business process automation
  • Architect multi-agent ecosystems and intelligent workflow orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and reusable AI architecture.

 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications and Core Competencies: 

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA 
  • Defining Agentic Use Cases with outcome and KPI for business success
  • Building Agents and Multi Agent architecture.
  • Defining Prompts, Prompt libraries, guard rails and instructions
  • Good in defining when to go with deterministic, probabilistic and hybrid agents.
  • Proofing data security and agent performance.
  • Salesforce Data 360  architecture
  • Salesforce AI Specialist and Data 360 Consultant
  • Integration architecture (MCP/A2A, headless architecture)
  • Enterprise AI solution design and governance
  • DevOps & CI/CD (Copado, Gearset, SFDX) 
  • Agile Frameworks 
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment
