ServiceNow Architect

Position :: ServiceNow Architect
Remote role
Long term contract

Core Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Create technical design documentation and architecture blueprints for complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Governance: Define technical standards, naming conventions, and security models (ACLs).
• Implementation & Development: Oversee the development and configuration of workflows, forms, scripts, and custom scoped applications.
• Integration: Design and manage complex inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a technical lead, mentoring developers, providing code reviews, and managing 3rd party vendors.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the ServiceNow platform roadmap and evaluate new features in ServiceNow releases.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 3-5 years in an architect or technical lead role.
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified ServiceNow Developer (CAD) are required. CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform scripting.
• Consulting Skills: Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience (C-level stakeholders).
