Overview
The SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant will support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This role involves working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and ensuring smooth execution of OTC processes.
Description

• Support business process analysis and requirement gathering
• Translate business requirements into SAP SD functional designs
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD modules
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user support
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions
• Assist in implementation and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with federal standards, policies, and guidelines

Requirements

• Foundation experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of standard SAP OTC processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori SD applications
• Experience with SAP system integrations/interfaces
