Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support a long-term enterprise implementation in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

• Configure and support Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Costing modules.

• Lead GAP Analysis, CRPs, UAT, business workshops, and functional design activities.

• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, process flows, and test scripts.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle Support to deliver end-to-end SCM solutions.

• Support integrations, workflows, and issue resolution across Oracle SCM applications.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Functional experience.

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.

• Hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and Manufacturing Costing.

• Experience with Oracle Order Management (OM), Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, ASCP/Supply Planning, BOM, WIP, Quality, and MES.

• Strong knowledge of Average Costing, Project Costing, and Discrete Manufacturing.

• Experience leading business process workshops, GAP analysis, CRPs, and UAT.

• Knowledge of Oracle interfaces, workflows, and database tables.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
