🚨 Hiring: ADMS / OMS Solutions Architect (REMOTE | Secret Clearance Required)

We are looking for a highly experienced ADMS / OMS Solutions Architect to lead critical grid management initiatives. This is a hands-on architecture + leadership role working on advanced utility systems.

📍 Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Washington State)
⏳ Duration: 12+ Months Contract
🎥 Interview: 1–2 Video Rounds
🛂 Visa: US Only
🔐 Mandatory: Active SECRET Clearance (No Exceptions)

🎯 Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, implementation & integration of ADMS/OMS solutions
• Work on Emerson / AspenTech Digital Grid Management (DGM) platform
• Build secure, scalable, high-performance grid systems
• Act as a hands-on Architect + Technical Leader

🔧 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with ADMS / OMS, SCADA, DMS integration
• Hands-on with Emerson / AspenTech (Monarch systems)
• Expertise in system architecture, HA/DR, integrations
• Experience integrating SCADA, GIS, SAP, AMI systems
• Strong in Data Migration, APIs, Microservices, AWS (preferred)
• Knowledge of NERC CIP & cybersecurity standards

👥 Leadership Experience:

• 7+ years as Architect
• 4+ years leading technical teams
• Strong client-facing & mentoring skills

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Design topology, control center configs, HA/DR architecture
• Lead integrations across enterprise utility systems
• Manage OMS workflows, prediction rules, crew management
• Drive data migration, testing, validation & go-live
• Conduct client workshops & technical documentation
