We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Software Analyst Data Remediation & Legacy System Conversion to support a critical modernization initiative. This role is responsible for developing data remediation programs and SQL scripts required for the conversion phase of the project.
The successful candidate will also analyze and document the business rules and embedded logic within COBOL and other platform-specific code on a decades-old mainframe system. They will play a pivotal role in uncovering the intricacies of legacy applications and translating those findings into clear, comprehensive documentation. This documentation will enable system integrators to accurately design and execute the migration of historical data to modern platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of legacy technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio for technical documentation and presentations
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices
