- A degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related subject area.
- Proven experience developing business logic through Java and mid-tier services
- Strong Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Develop high quality, maintainable software solutions in an agile environment to meet functional and non-functional business requirements
- Focus on customer: Demonstrate understanding of customer's business domain
