Must Have Skills:
SerDes HW validation, PCIe & 800G Ethernet, Python, firmware

Role:
Validate high-speed SerDes interfaces across CPUs, GPUs, NICs, and AI accelerators.
Own validation planning, production test support, data analysis, and firmware collaboration.

Requirements:
BS + 7 yrs or MS + 5 yrs experience
Strong SerDes validation (PCIe/Ethernet)
Python scripting & automation
Firmware dev/debug
Experience with scopes, BERTs, protocol analyzers
