Job Details

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Maryland
• 3-8 years of experience handling civil or commercial litigation matters
• Strong experience with legal research, writing, and motion practice
• Familiarity with discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
• Experience appearing in court, taking or defending depositions, or assisting with trial preparation is strongly preferred
