Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in product development, cloud technologies, AI platforms, embedded validation, and regulated biotechnology environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise application design, system engineering, AWS, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as the onsite coordinator between customer and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and implementation approaches.
• Build and support AI-native platforms with expertise in AI sustenance and validation frameworks.
• Develop product software using C#, Python, REST APIs, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Work with global development teams and provide technical leadership across distributed environments.
• Participate in the complete Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Create and maintain System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability using the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Perform embedded validation and verification activities.
• Support regulatory compliance with CLSI, FDA, CASFM, and EUCAST standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
• Lead issue resolution, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Serve as the primary onsite interface between customer teams and offshore delivery teams.

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Development Software.
• Strong programming experience in C#, Python, REST APIs, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Extensive AWS experience with ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including database and ETL concepts.
• Windows Shell scripting experience.
• Strong communication, client-facing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Biotechnology domain.
• Experience working with AI-native platforms and AI validation frameworks.
• Experience in regulated engineering environments.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore engineering teams.
