Description: As a Data Analyst, you will analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights that inform critical business decisions. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, explore data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy.
We're looking for someone who goes beyond reporting-someone who can identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities What You'll Do - Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.
- Translate analytical insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels, including executives and business leaders.
- Develop and present multiple solution options, outlining key tradeoffs, risks, and expected impact.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify anomalies and underlying drivers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, consistency, and availability.
- Help standardize data processes and analytical best practices across the organization.
Qualifications What You Bring - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytics, such as regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference.
- Deep exploratory data analysis skills with a strong intuition for business drivers.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- A problem-solving mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
