Job Description: We're seeking an IT Consultant 1 to advise on how to leverage IT processes, systems, and techniques to solve complex business problems and support strategic goals. You'll analyze current architectures, map business needs to technical solutions, and present data-driven trade-offs and risk assessments for enterprise environments. Ideal candidates combine hands-on tech exposure with strong advisory, requirements-definition, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Key Responsibilities (simplified):

• Define functional and non-functional requirements; translate business goals into actionable IT solutions.
• Assess enterprise architectures (legacy vs. modern, cloud/on-prem, integration points) and suggest modernization paths.
• Conduct risk, cost, and benefit analyses; present clear trade-offs and impacts on cross-system processes.
• Model business processes and perform gap analyses to drive feasible technical options.
• Communicate technical options and risks effectively to non-technical leaders and project teams.
