Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for analytics, optimization, and Salesforce-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translate business needs into actionable product requirements, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business goals and stakeholder needs.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, Salesforce, and business teams.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and deliverable features.

  • Use analytics, reporting, and KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify improvements.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery blockers, and communicate progress.

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end product delivery.

  • Expertise in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and optimization solutions.

  • Experience defining product roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Energy or utilities industry experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
