SAP SD OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes within SAP. The consultant will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and support SAP SD solutions that align with business requirements.

Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules focusing on Order-to-Cash processes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

Work on end-to-end OTC cycle, including:

Customer master data

Sales order processing

Pricing and billing

Shipping and delivery processing

Credit management

Returns & refunds

Billing & invoicing

Integration with Finance (FI)

Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and third-party systems.

Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.

Conduct testing, user training, and documentation.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Support enhancements, upgrades, and change management.

5+ years of SAP SD experience (varies by level).

Strong expertise in SAP SD OTC processes.

Experience in configuration of:

Pricing

Output determination

Shipping & billing

Credit management

Returns processing

Experience in integration with SAP FI and MM.

Experience with S/4HANA SD preferred.

Ability to prepare functional specifications for developments.

Strong client interaction and communication skills.

Experience in Agile or waterfall SAP implementations.

Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration.

Knowledge of EDI, IDOCs, APIs, and interfaces.

Experience in global rollout projects.

SAP certification in SD is a plus.
