Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React Native) with 10+ years of experience to lead enterprise mobile application development initiatives in a healthcare environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong backend expertise in .NET, front-end/mobile expertise in React Native, and experience delivering secure, high-performance mobile solutions integrated with Epic or similar EHR platforms.
The ideal candidate will work onsite in Philadelphia, collaborating directly with client technical, business, and clinical stakeholders while mentoring offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite leadership for mobile application development.
Design and review full-stack architecture (.NET backend + React Native mobile).
Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
Align solutions with client ecosystem including Epic and third-party integrations.
Mentor offshore development teams.
Support onsite demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET and React Native.
Experience building and deploying enterprise mobile applications.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Mobile DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance tuning.
Comfortable working in a client-facing onsite leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare domain experience.
Experience integrating with Epic or other EHR systems.
Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards.
Experience supporting business and clinical UAT sessions.
