Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

Implement Secure 2.0
o ADP Smart client implementation for wage payment and tax filing this is an additional interface / separate SOW with ADP too
- Implement OBBBA
o Migration to new Oracle Tax Engine
o Offcycle paycheck processing (processing cadence + integration updates)
Payroll: LWOP and PTO balance feeds, GTL updates, payslip updates
