Job Description:

M365 Power Platform / Azure Developer, you should:

Demonstrate strong handson experience with Power Platform including Power Automate flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, productionready solutions.
Be comfortable designing and implementing Copilot / conversational agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations, and secure data access
Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra ID), and integrating Azure services with Power Platform
Apply lowcode development best practices, including solution design, environment management, and governance considerations in enterprise environments.
Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

Other Highly Valued Skills Include

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft Graph using connectors or custom APIs
Familiarity with Copilot Studio advanced patterns, such as generative AI orchestration, multitopic routing, and AIassisted experiences
Understanding of ALM and DevOps concepts for Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments
Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations within large, regulated organizations.
Ample in problemsolving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve.
