Job Title: Network OSS / Service Delivery Applications
Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Network OSS / Service Delivery Application Consultant with strong expertise in telecom operations support systems (OSS), network inventory management, provisioning, service assurance, and field operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetCracker, OSPInsight, QGIS, Cisco NSO, NetCool, Vendor EMS, and UtiliSphere, supporting telecom network planning, inventory management, service activation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
10+ years of experience in Telecom OSS, network inventory management, or network operations environments.
Hands-on experience with NetCracker, OSPInsight, UtiliSphere, Cisco NSO, NetCool, QGIS, and Vendor EMS platforms.
Strong understanding of telecom OSS architecture, network inventory, service provisioning, and service assurance processes.
Experience working with fiber, transport, wireless, IP, or broadband network environments.
Knowledge of network topology, circuit management, asset management, and service lifecycle management.
Experience with OSS/BSS integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
