YSI is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to serve as the contractor s lead responsible for overall performance of the CWIFP PowerApps application and PowerPages support effort and day-to-day contract execution.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or additional related experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in application development, application sustainment, or platform engineering for enterprise IT systems. Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerPages, and broader Microsoft Power Platform development and support is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, supporting web-based applications, and maintaining technical artifacts is preferred.
- Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPages in Azure Government or similarly regulated cloud environments; experience with secure configuration, release support, environment management, and technical solution development for customer-requested changes; experience producing or supporting technical documentation and user guides; experience minimizing manual steps and improving usability for non-technical users.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications strongly preferred. Additional Microsoft Azure or related low-code platform certifications are preferred.
- Must meet all contract and government system access requirements applicable to performance under this effort. Familiarity with STIG-aware environments, compliance-driven development, and federal information assurance requirements is preferred.
- Serves as the senior technical lead for development, sustainment, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the PowerApps application and PowerPages web portal. Responsible for leading technical execution associated with operations and maintenance, defect resolution, government-directed modifications, solution design input, technical documentation support, and implementation of approved changes.
- Supports development of written technical approaches, schedules, and effort assumptions for Task 2 requests and ensures solutions are understandable, supportable, and aligned with Government priorities.
