HRIS Business Analyst Workday HCM Implementation

Location: Georgia, Local Candidates Only Hybrid Work Schedule
Duration: Initial contract through end of fiscal year (anticipated renewal July 1st)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve data conversion issues from legacy systems to Workday

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of migrated data

• Develop detailed test plans and test scripts; execute testing cycles

• Maintain requirements traceability documentation

• Provide technical system support and enhancements

• Create user guides and training materials

• Deliver end-user training

• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and/or administering HRIS

• Direct experience in large-scale data conversion projects

• Strong data analysis skills

• Advanced MS Excel and SQL proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM

• Prior PeopleSoft HCM experience

• Experience supporting technology in the public sector
