Summary
Role: Observability Consultant
Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid) – 1st preference locals
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client is looking for a hands-on Observability Consultant to define and implement monitoring strategy across infrastructure and business platforms.
The role involves building metrics, SLI/SLOs, dashboards, and alerting across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS connect, databases, Salesforce, Snowflake, and APIs.
Strong experience with Datadog/PrometheGrafana/Splunk and end-to-end observability (metrics, logs, traces) is required.
Focus areas include reducing alert noise, improving incident response, and enabling end-to-end visibility across workflows and data pipelines.
Please share profiles with strong architecture + hands-on implementation experience in SRE/observability.
