Media specialist

• Support end-to-end content onboarding workflows, including metadata ingestion, validation, and updates within internal CMS tools


• Review and audit metadata, artwork, and content packaging to ensure accuracy and alignment with platform standards


• Perform light quality control checks on video and audio assets to identify obvious issues impacting playback or user experience


• Ensure all content meets compliance requirements, including regional, legal, and platform-specific guidelines


• Create, edit, and upload thumbnails and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)


• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to resolve metadata, asset, or delivery issues


• Track, manage, and resolve tasks through ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements and operational efficiency

• 1 2+ years of experience in content operations, media operations, QA/QC, or digital media workflows


• Strong attention to detail with experience handling large datasets or metadata


• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and metadata structures


• Experience working with ticketing/project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.)


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-moving environment

• Experience in streaming, OTT, or digital media platforms


• Exposure to content compliance, rights management, or localization workflows


• Familiarity with JSON, XML, or data feeds


• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus)
