The Senior Construction ERP Consultant will combine strong U.S. construction industry knowledge with ERP consulting, solution design and customer-facing expertise. This role will be instrumental in supporting U.S. market entry, product localization, presales and early customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities\\n
\\n
\\n - U.S. Construction ERP Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert across construction accounting, job costing, project controls, procurement and contract management.
\\n - Solution Consulting & Presales: Lead discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses and solution design for prospective customers.
\\n - Product Localization: Translate U.S. construction workflows and customer requirements into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
\\n - Implementation & Customer Success: Support implementation, configuration, UAT, training and go-live for early U.S. customers.
\\n - Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with contractors, CFOs, Controllers, Project Controls and Operations leaders to understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
\\n - Product Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify functionality gaps and influence the U.S. product roadmap.
