Key Qualifications:
Expertise in Collibra Data Governance and Data Quality
At least 15 years of experience in data governance, delivering enhanced analytic and data access capabilities
They collaborate with stakeholders to align features with governance objectives, develop policies for privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and provide training on platform usage.
Monitoring upgrades, generating reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance are core duties.
Proven experience with cloud technologies such as MS Azure, Spark, Kafka, and Databricks
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment
Professionals implement and configure Collibra for workflows, data cataloging, lineage tracking, and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
Candidates need proven Collibra implementation experience, strong data governance principles knowledge, and skills in data modeling or SQL. 
Excellent communication for cross-functional teams and familiarity with data privacy tools are essential. 
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field; 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices (policies, stewardship, ownership, glossaries, data quality, issue management).
Expert-level hands-on experience configuring and administering Collibra Data Governance (workflows, assets, communities, roles, lineage, catalog, policy management).
Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data cataloging, and integration patterns with enterprise data platforms (DWH, lake, MDM, ETL).
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements for data (GDPR/CCPA or similar) and implementing controls in governance platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional workshops, drive consensus among business and technology stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
Proven track record of leading large-scale data governance or Collibra implementation programs in complex, global organizations.
Preferred/optional
Collibra certifications (e.g., Collibra Ranger, Collibra Governance specialist) or equivalent governance tool certifications.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data quality tools, and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Prior experience in insurance domain.
 
Nice to have: Knowledge of the insurance domain
