Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a PR Specialist/Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-visibility projects and events within a collaborative environment.
<>Responsibilities>- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring effective communication and updates across teams.
- Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring all teams meet deadlines for event planning and execution.
- Manage event logistics from concept through execution, including scheduling, staffing, and attendee management.
- Oversee event operations, including accommodations, travel logistics, and budget management.
- Create briefing documents for internal stakeholders and support event research and reporting needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or communications.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-workstream events effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading large teams towards a common goal.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable.
- Experience with international events and global teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
