Rates (Hourly):

$60 to $70 W2 non-benefited

$80 to $85 C2C

As a User Experience Designer for Business Integration Digital Solutions (BIDS), you will work with the User Experience Research & Design team to research and design interfaces for metric dashboards and web application products.

Responsibilities to anticipate:

• Partner with product owners, stakeholders, architects, developers, and (of course!) user to deliver optimal user experiences for applications and metric solutions.
• Conduct, analyze, and organize user research, document user goals, decisions, information needs, tasks, and workflows
• Plan, execute, and extract insights for:
• User and stakeholder interviews
• Personas and Jobs to Be Done (JTBDs)
• Usability evaluations and assessments
• Storyboards, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes
• Design artifacts for communication, specification, and testing
• Design solutions; mockup and prototype interactions

Qualifications you must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a User Experience (UX) designer, interaction designer (UI), or similar role
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/prototyping tools
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
