Responsibilities
Lead the technical and delivery activities of the engineering POD.
Own and manage the technical debt backlog across multiple applications.
Coordinate closely with release teams to drive successful deployments and releases.
Serve as the primary technical coordination point with engineering stakeholders.
Lead full-stack development using React.js and .NET Core microservices.
Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release activities.
Drive SAST/DAST remediation using tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Nexus IQ.
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Drive continuous improvement, application modernization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Preferred Experience
Strong Healthcare / Medicare implementation experience
Sitecore Content Management experience
Azure Cloud / Azure DevOps
Application Security & Vulnerability Remediation
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Modern .NET upgrades and application modernization
