Role Overview:
Seeking a hands-on UKG Workforce Management Technical Lead to lead technical execution for a large-scale UKG implementation. The candidate will bridge architecture and development, working closely with the Solution Architect and engineering teams.

Must-Have Technical Stack:

UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
UKG Integrations / APIs / Interfaces
Data Flows & Integration Development
UKG Security Model / Roles / Permissions
Technical Architecture & Solution Design
Large-Scale UKG Implementations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UKG WFM integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
Partner with architects on technical architecture and solution design
Develop and implement UKG security models, roles, permissions & access controls
Guide Senior Engineers and integration developers
Troubleshoot complex technical/integration issues
Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards
