Location: NYC, NY (Remote Allowed)
Contract Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Professional with strong Telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory. The candidate will be responsible for supporting AMS activities, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for telecom applications and inventory systems
Work extensively on Blue Planet Inventory platform support and issue resolution
Troubleshoot application, integration, and operational issues
Coordinate with internal teams and end users for incident management and resolution
Support AMS activities including monitoring, maintenance, and enhancements
Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures

Required Skills:
Strong Telecom/Telco domain experience
Hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory
Excellent troubleshooting and support skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
ServiceNow experience
AMS support background
